All payments are expected within 7 days after purchase. We reserve the rights to file Non-Paying Bidder dispute if the payment is not received 7 days after the auction ended. We accept Paypal payments only.
What are the shipping method?
All domestic shipments are made via UPS Ground or United States Postal Service (USPS), First Class or Priority Mail depending on the type or size of products purchased. Majority of our orders will be processed within 24 hours, excluding Saturday and Sunday and major Holidays.
How much is shipping and handing?
Free shipping option only applies to customers within the lower 48 states with a physical ship to address. Customer in the following states, PR, HI, AK and GU are required to pay shipping fee as stated in the shipping table.
What to expect for international customers?
Majority of international shipments are made via United States Postal Service (USPS). Canada shipments are made via UPS or USPS depending on the item purchased. Transit time does fluctuate, mostly 5-7 business day or longer. Please note that international customers will still be responsible for import duty taxes, this fee is charged by the government. Can you ship to PO Boxes?
We are unable to ship large item(s) to PO Box address, buyer must provide physical address during check out. Please note that we are not responsible for any kind of delay if PO Box address or any other undeliverable address were provided.
Are sales tax required?
For shipments to California address, we are required to collect 9.50% sales tax.
You can contact us during our normal operating hours Monday-Friday 10AM-6PM PST. You can always leave us a Ebay message and we reply as soon as possible.
We stand behind the products we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfy with the item you purchased or have problem with the order, please contact our customer service team, we will be happy to assist you and to process an exchange or refund within 60 days or purchase date. All returns items must be in its original un-used condition, seller is not responsible for any return shipping fee. If your item is received damaged, within 48 hours, please contact our customer service department to provide us picture of the damage item for us to process a return and exchange service for you. A replacement will be send out once the return package arrives to our warehouse. If a package is not received, please contact our customer service to file a lost claim with UPS, UPS will start a trace on the package and UPS will be in contact with you for further information if needed.
